Anyways, long story short, Viator got a hold of our tour guide, who had been told to go to another location. He came to meet us, and we got into the Alhambra with just minutes to spare. So quite stressful, and poor communication between Viator and hired company, but the tour itself was excellent. I would recommend booking directly with a local company rather than going through 3rd party.
